Equity Research Coach

Responsibilities

• Teach core equity research strategy, financial analysis, and valuation skills
• Help clients build strong industry research abilities and craft well-supported investment recommendations
• Offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
• Tailor behavioral and technical interview prep to equity research roles
• Support networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building, and guidance for freelancing opportunities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in equity research (as a research analyst, associate, or industry professional)
• A strong track record of evaluating companies and markets
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Qualifications

• Experience in equity research preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to tailor coaching to individual client needs
• Passion for helping others achieve their career and educational goals
