Equity/Investment Research Analyst - Remote

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to support an AI training project focused on financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and sector research. Candidates will apply their investment research expertise to evaluate data and improve AI-generated financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, and peer benchmarks.
• Evaluate company financial models, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation.
• Prepare concise research summaries and event-driven updates.
• Develop investment theses based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Identify industry trends, sector-specific metrics, and company catalysts.
• Provide feedback to improve research quality and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a sell-side Research Associate or Research Analyst with ownership of company models and published research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across earnings cycles and maintaining financial models.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and business drivers.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, or biotech.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, and investment thesis development.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
