Equity & Fixed Income Broker – US Shift

About the role

Britannia Global Investments are seeking an experienced Equity & Fixed Income Broker or team with an established book of business to join our growing FCA-regulated brokerage platform in London, covering the US trading session. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven broker with strong institutional relationships and proven revenue generation capability to operate within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment offering multi-asset execution solutions to professional and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing institutional client book across equities and fixed income products
• Execute client orders efficiently during US market hours
• Develop new business opportunities across hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors
• Provide market colour, liquidity access, and trade ideas to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with counterparties, liquidity providers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all activity is conducted in line with FCA regulatory requirements and internal compliance procedures
• Contribute to the continued expansion of the firm’s US market coverage and institutional offering

Requirements

• Proven track record as an equity and/or fixed income broker
• Portable institutional book of business with demonstrable revenue history
• Strong understanding of US market structure and trading dynamics
• Experience working within an FCA-regulated environment preferred
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Existing buy-side and institutional relationships highly advantageous
