Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business on the structuring, sale, negotiation, documentation, and execution of a wide range of equity products, with a primary focus on OTC equity derivatives and swaps, cash and synthetic prime brokerage, equity and fund-linked loans, structured notes, and proprietary indices.
- Advise and assist in the creation, structuring, regulatory analysis, and launch of new products and businesses.
- Interpret, educate, and assist with the implementation of regulatory changes that impact Equities businesses.
- Advise the Business, Risk, Compliance, and others internally regarding legal and regulatory issues, developments, and risks relating to Equities businesses.
- Assist with ongoing advocacy efforts relating to regulatory changes impacting Equities businesses.
Requirements
- Strong experience with equity products, including OTC derivatives and swaps.
- Familiarity with ISDA and other industry documentation.
- Familiarity with corporate, securities, creditor, finance, and bankruptcy laws and related issues.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to interact effectively and work collaboratively with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to work independently and respond proactively to business needs.
- Strong team player.

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $280,000 - $350,000 per year.
