Equipment/Yard Cordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up equipment deliveries, pickups, and transfers between job sites and yard locations
• Track and monitor equipment locations, usage, and availability
• Aid in scheduling equipment moves with drivers and third-party haulers
• Collaborate with mechanics to schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Maintain accurate records of equipment status, service logs, and movement history
• Support yard organization, including staging equipment and materials for upcoming jobs
• Communicate with project teams to ensure equipment needs are met on schedule
• Aid in receiving and inspecting incoming equipment and materials
• Ensure the yard is clean, organized, and operating safely at all times

Requirements

• No more than 2 years of experience in construction, logistics, equipment, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, tracking systems)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
