Responsibilities
- Work closely with vendors, Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians, and other tool owners to improve overall area/tool performance.
- Perform basic tool maintenance and repairs according to equipment operating instructions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information for equipment logs, repair data, and tool status at shift pass down.
- Certification on tools.
- Support the Thin Film - PVD area with other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.

Schedule
On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday–Friday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.
Eligibility
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (TSMC is unable to provide sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time).
- Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis).
Pay
For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $27.30 and $36.29 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $27.30 to $39.30, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level.
