We are seeking a self-motivated QC Equipment Technician to manage comprehensive equipment lifecycle activities, including IOPQ, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a cGMP laboratory environment. location: Marlborough, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $30 - 35 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Coordinate equipment lifecycle management (induction, qualification/validation, maintenance, and decommissioning) to minimize laboratory downtime.Execute change controls, deviations, and CAPAs while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and data integrity standards.Perform basic non-invasive repairs and troubleshooting on laboratory instrumentation, including UHPLC systems.Schedule calibration and preventative maintenance with Metrology, Facilities, and external vendors, serving as the primary QC point of contact.Author, revise, and maintain Equipment/Instrument SOPs and review vendor service reports and CMMS records.
