Equipment Technician

About the role

Working alongside clinical prescribers and local authorities. The role is responsible for safely delivering, fitting, demonstrating and collecting equipment from client’s home. This will include providing physical/portering assistance to clients (including moving and handling) and giving instruction/guidance relating to equipment fitted. This role requires the ability to deliver a customer centric service. Client’s for Provide Community Equipment are both adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver, fit, demonstrate and collect equipment from client’s home.
• Provide physical/portering assistance to clients (including moving and handling).
• Give instruction/guidance relating to equipment fitted.
• Deliver a customer-centric service.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks such as moving and handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license (if required for travel).

£33,056 per annum, yearly.
