Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and components
- Collaborating with customers and vendors to provide top-tier solutions
- Performing both in-house and field repairs
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience working with heavy equipment
- Technical degree in diesel or automotive (preferred but not required)
- Skilled in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic principles
- Able to work independently with minimal or no guidance, while collaborating in a team environment
- Able to read assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics
- Valid driver's license
- Good physical condition (ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 consecutive hours)
- Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency when working with customers
