Equipment Service Technician - 2nd Shift

Role & Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in equipment availability, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to meet manufacturing targets.Ensure equipment operates safely, maintains quality standards, and complies with environmental regulations.Support production to achieve daily goals and support new model projects for continuous improvement.Understand equipment functionality, utilize troubleshooting tools, and perform repairs efficiently.Mentor team members, develop skills, and promote root cause analysis to improve equipment uptime.Maintain communication and accurate documentation using Maintenance Management Systems.Complete scheduled work and training as assigned, ensuring safety and operational standards are met. Qualifications & Skills Technical experience with asset management or industrial maintenance.Preferred: Technical Associate Degree or equivalent experience.Desired skills include electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, reading electrical/mechanical prints, and use of test meters.Ability to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and minimize downtime. Additional Factors Work onsite with flexibility for travel, overtime, and night/weekend shifts as needed.
