Responsibilities

• Provide equipment availability through technical expertise, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to meet manufacturing targets.
• Ensure equipment safety and compliance.
• Support production to achieve daily goals.
• Complete scheduled maintenance using CMMS.
• Support project initiatives for new models and process improvements.
• Understand equipment functions.
• Utilize troubleshooting tools.
• Mentor team members.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in asset management or industrial maintenance.
• Preferred technical associate degree or equivalent.
• Skills in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, repair, reading prints, and using electrical test meters.
