Equipment Repair Supervisor
General Responsibilities
Focus on equipment OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness) improvement and conducting effective preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance to prevent machine unscheduled shutdown.
Conducts equipment evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met
Keep records of equipment failures and provide needed information and data to upper management
Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use
Supervises personnel and participates in coaching, training employees, and employee performance evaluations
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate costing, pricing, and processes to be used in the Repairs program
- Communicate with customers whose equipment is being repaired under warranty
Base Salary Range
Base Salary Range: $84,320.00 - $115,940.00

About the Role
This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
