About the role
The Inside Sales Representative (Equipment Rental Specialist) is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. This position is the Company’s front line of contact with the customer, focused on understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and delivering customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s license
- Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools & equipment
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- Solid computer and administrative skills
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as required by the job
Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $23.52 - $27.93 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
