Equipment Recovery Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

• Absorb and compile information about overdue, missing, lost, or stolen U-Haul equipment.
• Track and relay the locations of missing or impounded equipment.
• Aid law enforcement in the investigation and recovery processes for U-Haul assets.

Minimum Qualifications

• General computer knowledge.
• One year of experience in call center or collections.
• One year of office experience.
• Reliable attendance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Schedule

40 hours per week, consisting of five 8-hour shifts on weekdays (between 6am-6pm) and one 4:30pm shift on Saturdays (specific hours will be determined).
