Responsibilities
- Create drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Develop and revise software programs that allow the equipment to operate and perform specific movements for that individual process
- Program Amada EMK, Amada Pega, the new Amada 6k Fiber Laser, Standard & Niagara Press Brakes, RAS MiniBender, Schechtl & Schroder Folders, and Orion Cobot
- Understand what is required from our customers and translate that information into a fully executable software program and relatable equipment
- Responsible for launching new products into production which may include developing new tooling and programming
- Conduct trial or simulations of those programs on the actual equipment including set up, run times and quality assurance of the part
- Train Manufacturing Team Members & Supervision on new operator controls or software upgrades and overall operation of equipment
- Ensure quality assurance of all custom components meeting customers' requirements
- Work with outside Suppliers and Technicians to troubleshoot Equipment
- Maintain inventory for the Amada EMK, Amada Pega, Standard & Niagara Press Brakes, RAS MiniBender, and Schechtl & Schroder Folders
- Maintain electronic folders including programs and details of parts
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior Manufacturing Experience
- Experience in Profit /IFS (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, particularly in Excel
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong in CAD/CAM Software, Specifically AutoCAD & SolidWorks
- Experience running Automated Equipment & Bending Equipment
