Schedule
Hybrid position: time split between office and remote work. Travel required 60-70%.
We must ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include sections like "About CRH" maybe not needed as heading not in list; but we could include as About the role? Actually About the role is separate. The posting includes "About CRH" and "What CRH Offers You". Those could be considered part of Benefits or About the role? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should not add other headings like About CRH. We can incorporate that info into About the role or Benefits? Probably About the role should contain position overview; About CRH could be omitted as not required heading. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. However we can embed that info within existing sections, like About the role or Benefits. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can put About CRH info into About the role section maybe as a paragraph. Similarly "What CRH Offers You" overlaps with Benefits; we can merge. Thus we need to include all substantive info somewhere. Let's extract all substantive paragraphs: - Job ID line: drop. - CRH's Americas Materials description: "CRH's Americas Materials, a division of CRH, is the leading vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, cement, asphalt, ready mixed concrete and paving and construction services in North America. Our operations span North America with 24,100 employees at close to 1,300 locations in 44 US States and 6 Canadian provinces." This is substantive about company; we can include in About the role or maybe a separate section but we don't have heading for company overview. Could put in About the role. - "This is a hybrid position. Time will be in the office and remote." -> schedule. - Position Overview paragraph: "The Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager will assist the West Divisions' Equipment line of business with asset procurement/disposal, asset management, and asset maintenance with direct focus on total cost of ownership for the life of the fleet within the Divisions. Safety and internal customer satisfaction is paramount and will be achieved through collaborating with operations and support of the shop teams. This position requires strong technical abilities, performance management skills, financial understanding, and industry knowledge." - Compensation line: "Compensation $120,000-$140,000, 15% bonus Travel requirements: 60-70%." - Key Responsibilities: list bullet points (we need to capture each). - Education And/or Experience: paragraph. - Knowledge / Skill Requirements: bullet list. - Physical Requirements: paragraph. - Work Environment: paragraph. - Company Benefits: bullet list. - What CRH Offers You: bullet list (similar to benefits). - About CRH: paragraph. - Application instructions etc: drop. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:About the role
