Equipment Operator - Reach Truck

About the role

The Equipment Operator - Reach Truck is responsible for operating reach trucks to move and store materials efficiently within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using reach trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
