Equipment Operator

The Opportunity

You will serve as a lead technical operator, managing high-value machinery to prepare commercial sites for critical concrete and masonry work. This role is designed for a precision-driven professional who takes pride in achieving perfect grades while navigating complex, active construction environments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating skid steers, excavators, and forklifts in a commercial setting.
• Proven mastery of grading techniques and the ability to read site plans accurately.
• Demonstrated history of operating safely in tight spaces near finished structures or active facilities.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively, with approximately 90% of work performed outside of Florida.
• Must be comfortable working on out-of-state projects for extended periods, typically up to two weeks at a time before returning home.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of hydraulic systems and equipment troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in concrete-specific site preparation or masonry support.
