Equipment Operator (Loaders and Skids)

About the role

We are seeking skilled drivers and heavy equipment operators with experience operating front-end loaders, Bobcats, and fuel trucks. This physically demanding, outdoor position involves clearing snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways in challenging weather conditions, directly impacting client safety and well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders, Bobcats, and fuel trucks to clear snow.
• Maintain clear communication with team members regarding snow conditions and operational status.
• Ensure safe and efficient snow removal from commercial properties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience plowing commercial properties.
• Valid driver’s license; DOT license preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work long hours and in cold weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including on‑call availability for weather events 24/7.
