About the role
We are hiring Equipment Operators to work at our facility in Jal, NM. This is a local job with no travel and no per diem.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, ADT haul trucks, etc.
- Assist the team in day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Monitor and maintain the customer truck wash rack, run 6X6 diesel-driven pumps, perform oil skimming, and assist with customer off-loading.
- Perform saltwater disposal (SWD) duties: tank, pump, and well maintenance, basic labor and cleaning, run reports, and monitor oilfield waste treatment operations.
Previous experience as a mechanic, working on mechanical systems, or large plant maintenance is highly preferred.

Pay
$65,000–$80,000+ DOE
Schedule
- Rotating night and day shifts on a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation
- Working hours: 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM
