About the role
Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner looking for an experienced heavy equipment operator to support their United States Army Corps of Engineers project. The position requires a background check for site access and adherence to Davis-Bacon wages.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment as required to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Submit daily reports detailing equipment status, work progress, and any issues encountered.
- Operate a diverse range of heavy equipment to support project needs and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Required: TWIC Card and/or Real ID’s, PEC certificate holder, highschool diploma or GED, 3+ years of operating heavy equipment experience, basic mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Preferred: Ability to clearly explain steps and provide clear directions, ability to complete and answer questions about construction processes, willingness to embrace company’s core values.
