Equipment Mechanic (Technician)
About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
- Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
- Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
- Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
Requirements
- Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more)
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly
