About the role
CST Utilities seeks a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee project teams and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Manage project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Technical knowledge of utility systems and construction processes

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
