Equipment Manager Internship- Fall 2026

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid technical staff with daily training session setup and cleanup
• Support during training sessions
• Prepare first team apparel including laundry, pressing, and distribution
• Maintain locker room ensuring all staff and players have necessary items
• Manage inventory records of supplies, equipment, and apparel
• Participate in all home Racing Louisville games, including locker room set up and clean up
• Assist with logistics for away trips including packing and moving team equipment
• Provide support for non-traveling players
• Assist the Equipment Manager with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in college or university
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Flexible hours including weekends and all weather conditions
• Availability on all home Racing Louisville games
• Strong time management skills
• Pass a background check and become Safesport certified
• Reliable transportation and housing
