Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Conduct diagnostics using testing devices and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain work area, follow safety protocols, and participate in safety meetings.
- Support in maintaining 6S signage, housekeeping, and facility upkeep.
- Read technical drawings and schematics, fabricate parts, and install equipment.
- Lead tasks during supervisor absence and contribute to safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of maintenance experience or equivalent training.
- Advanced mechanical knowledge; skilled in using power tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to operate forklifts, interpret schematics, and perform lockout/tagout procedures.
- Effective communicator with teamwork skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
