Equipment Maintenance Technician (CMP) C Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root causes, and make reliability improvement recommendations.
• Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals.
• Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.
• Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications.
• Perform scheduled tool qualifications.
• Vendor management and coordination.
• Provide leadership to other technicians by delivering training and mentoring.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work C shift (Thursday, Friday, Saturday e/o Wednesday, 7 AM – 7:06 PM).
• High‑level attention to detail.
• Methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivator; ability to work independently under general guidance and direction.
• Ability to independently learn systems and processes associated with the role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in constrained spaces and awkward positions.
• Ability to apply force and full exertion.
• Preferred: Associate/technical degree or currently working towards a degree.
• Preferred: 5+ years of prior technician experience.
• Preferred: CMP area equipment experience with AMAT Mirra/OnTrak, AMAT Mirra/Mesa, IPEC 776/7700, and IPEC Momentum/OnTrak.
• MS Excel and Word skills are a plus.

Schedule

Shift: C shift – Thursday, Friday, Saturday e/o Wednesday, 7 AM – 7:06 PM.
