Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of 2–4 installers on commercial kitchen equipment installation projects.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and develop installers to improve technical skills, productivity, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment installation.
  • Ability to lead teams and grow employees.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and cutsheets.
  • Strong organizational skills, inclusive of time management.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of forecasting in order to project delivery dates and labor to complete tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Install experience preferred.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous TIG welding experience preferred.
