Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 2–4 installers on commercial kitchen equipment installation projects.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop installers to improve technical skills, productivity, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment installation.
- Ability to lead teams and grow employees.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and cutsheets.
- Strong organizational skills, inclusive of time management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of forecasting in order to project delivery dates and labor to complete tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Install experience preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous TIG welding experience preferred.
