Equipment Finance Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise

About the role

Responsible for developing new business and further expanding relationships with end user accounts and current customers. Supports the sales team in various ways by assisting with training and helping develop new salespeople, as needed.

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

• Possess a verifiable and documented track record of success in the equipment financing industry.
• Assist in the development and administration of new programs for existing and new vendors and end user customers.
• Collaborate with Balboa Capital’s management and support teams to achieve defined objectives.
• Manage a team of Account Managers if applicable.
• Assess and investigate new segments and territories to enter for the purpose of selling, marketing, or promoting Ameris financial products.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies

• Equipment financing sales experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software programs, particularly Salesforce.
• Industry knowledge of the equipment financing sector.

Salary Range

Salary range: $30k-$150k per year. Average commission: $10k-$150k+ per year
