We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about U.S. Bank mission etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" is not exactly present but we can create a section "About the role" with that description. - Job Description: The Leasing Specialist 3 provides administrative and operational support... This is description. Could be part of About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Key Responsibilities). Use
  • . - Basic Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, two to four years experience in leasing or other financial operations activities. - Preferred Skills And Experience: list. - Location expectations: requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. Could be Schedule? Actually schedule is about days per week. Could be under Schedule section. - Benefits: list. - Pay Range: $21.25 - $28.32. - No explicit schedule beyond location expectation; but we can treat location expectation as Schedule (maybe "Hybrid schedule: 3+ days onsite"). We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not include EEO, E-Verify, background check details, etc. Remove those. Also remove "Review our full benefits available by employment status here." maybe keep as part of benefits? It's a link; but we can keep benefits list. We must not include "U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer." etc. We must not include "Posting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants." We must not include "The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location..." maybe keep as part of Pay? It's explanatory but we can keep. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

At U.S. Bank, we’re on a journey to do our best. This role works closely with credit analysts, documentation partners, sales teams, and operations teams to prepare commercial equipment finance transactions for review and processing.

Alternatively we could split but it's fine.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive and process requests through a shared email mailbox using a first-in, first-out workflow.
    • Set up large- and small-ticket Equipment Finance applications in applicable systems.
    • Review incoming transaction packages to confirm required documents and information have been received.
    • Verify items such as signed applications, customer financial information, and other documentation required based on the transaction.
    • Enter and maintain accurate customer and transaction information across multiple Equipment Finance systems.
    • Prepare and organize transaction information so credit analysts have a complete and accurate package for review.
    • Support preparation activities for large-ticket transactions involving exposure greater than $1 million.
    • Submit financial information for appropriate spreading and credit analysis.
    • Complete KYC activities for large- and small-ticket Equipment Finance transactions.
    • Monitor and process work from the KYC system queue.
    • Support a variety of requests, including application setup, credit-line withdrawals, and other transaction-related activities.
    • Identify missing information, documentation gaps, or data discrepancies and coordinate with the appropriate partners to resolve them.
    • Collaborate with credit analysts, documentation teams, sales partners, and operations teams to help transactions move efficiently through the process.
    • Handle sensitive customer, financial, and transaction information accurately and responsibly.
    • Follow established procedures, service expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.
    • Assist with additional operational activities and projects as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Two to four years of experience in leasing or other financial operations activities

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Experience in administrative support, operations, banking, financial services, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced service environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Effective organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize work and manage requests from multiple queues.
    • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and terminology.
    • Comfort working across multiple applications and switching between tasks.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
    • Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and willingness to ask questions and continue learning.

    Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

We could rename to Schedule? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use any of those headings. They said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can use "Schedule" for location expectation (days per week). Or we could use "Location Expectations" but that's not in the list; better to map to "Schedule". Use

    Schedule

with that content. Similarly "Benefits" heading. "Pay" heading. We also have "Requirements" maybe combine Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills? They have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could separate: Requirements = Basic Qualifications; Qualifications = maybe Preferred Skills? But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills into "Requirements" and "Skills"? However we have both Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills And Experience. Could treat Basic Qualifications as "Requirements" and Preferred Skills as "Skills". That matches the list. Thus sections: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (Basic Qualifications) - Skills (Preferred Skills and Experience) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule (Location expectations) We must not include "Qualifications" separate if we used Requirements and Skills. Now craft HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, E-Verify, background check, disability accommodations line? The line "If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Review our full benefits available by employment status here." maybe keep as part of benefits? It's a link; but it's not substantive detail; could drop. Safer to drop. Also remove "U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location..." maybe keep as part of Pay? It's explanatory but not required; we can keep but it's not boilerplate; it's about pay range. Could keep as a sentence after pay range. Now produce final HTML. Let's write:
