Equipment Fabricator

About the role

As an Equipment Fabricator, your role will be crucial to our team at Netting Pros. You will provide quality netting, equipment, wall padding, and products through the highest level of customer service. You will also assist in the design, planning, fabrication, assembly, installation, and implementation of field, facility, and stadium projects. You may also work some hours on local job sites at various fields, facilities, and stadiums.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality netting, equipment, wall padding, and products through the highest level of customer service.
• Able to assist in the design, planning, fabrication, assembly, installation, and implementation of field, facility, and stadium projects.
• Able to potentially work some hours on local job sites at various fields, facilities, and stadiums.
• Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and procedures and proactively identify trends that support achieving shrink goals to reduce waste and maximize profits.
• Problem solve customer issues as a leader.
• Stay informed and in tune with any open projects you have among your team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
