Role: Implant Process Engineer responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining ion implantation processes in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Own process development, control plans, and inline metrics for ion implantation.Drive yield improvements and defect reduction through data analysis and root cause techniques.Lead process change reviews, risk assessments, and qualification activities.Collaborate with equipment teams and vendors to ensure process and tool compatibility.Enhance learning speed and cycle time via innovative inline metrology and data-driven strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent military/industry experience.Minimum 2+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with implant process ownership or development.Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.Willingness to learn or experience with Agentic AI for workflow efficiency.Preferred: Knowledge of ion implantation physics, statistical data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL), and process control methodologies like SPC, DOE, FMEA.
