EQT Operations Analyst
About the Role
The EQT Operations Analyst performs the more complex analytical assignments involved in coordinating division operations, logistics, and communications to support the programmatic and administrative needs of the Director and Equity and Quality Transformation Division. The Analyst II coordinates EQT culture-building and employee engagement initiatives, tracks the division budget, manages the division's services contracts and purchasing, and serves as the EQT Marketing and Communications liaison. The EQT Operations Analyst will work collaboratively across the organization and with external stakeholders such as health plans and providers. Duties may include access to information systems containing protected enrollee information, including federal tax information, protected health information, and personally-identifying information. This advertisement is for an Analyst II. Effective January 1, 2026, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) will change the classification name to Analyst II and probationary period to 12 months.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple requests, timelines, and deliverables
- Strong writing and editing ability, including preparing polished materials for leaders and stakeholders
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive follow-through
- Project management skills, including coordinating materials, deadlines, and stakeholders

Pay
Analyst II: $4,442.00 - $5,296.00 per Month
Analyst I: $3,861.00 - $4,839.00 (Range A), $4,181.00 - $5,233.00 (Range B), $5,014.00 - $6,276.00 (Range C)
