EPMO Project Manager - Work in Regulatory and Medical Affairs domains

Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic understanding, change management experience & exceptional communication & analytical skills together.

• Leading multiple projects or programs in Regulatory and Medical Affairs domains, with technology and business process components.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical/business problems and presenting solutions to leadership.
• Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and manage multiple projects at once, and in parallel.
• Experience in managing highly visible, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience with executive-level communications, written & oral. Establish, maintain, and collaborate stakeholder relationships, expectations both internal and external for the project and organization.

Qualifications

• Must Haves:
• 7 years combined work experience on project or program management using PMBOK guidelines.
• BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related degree that provide foundational skills that foster success in managing projects.
• Preferred:
• PMP, or other PMI Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with managing Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs/Clinical-related projects or programs in heavily regulated and matrixed environments.
