Job Responsibilities
- Understand business processes as well as technology related challenges
- Conduct end-to-end EPM/CPM projects and lead a team throughout full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
- Ensure the quality of deliverables along the project phases (Project plan, Business Requirements, Training guide, …)
- Manage resources and budget on client projects
- Anticipate and resolve conflict between the different project stakeholders: client, partner, team member or other organizations in a satisfactory manner
- Identify business opportunities to increase profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with clients that characterize partnership, cooperation and trust
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team and the individual consultant
- Motivate and energize the team
- Mentor staff in methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery
- Provide staff with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities and growth plan by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals
- Monitor the alignment of project/program scope with strategic business objective
Required Background and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS or related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus, PMP
- Experience with design and deployment of one or more Business Intelligence/EPM software platforms/applications (e.g. Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Board, OneStream, SAP BPC, SAP BW, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Cognos Planning etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated abilities to work independently, meet deadlines and budgets
- Proven success managing people and projects
- Strong leadership skills: able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
- Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
- Highly self-motivated with professional attitude
