Epic Training Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an Epic Training Consultant to provide training and consulting support for technical initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting an upcoming Epic upgrade and go-live. The consultant will assist with training development, delivery, and user adoption efforts related to the system upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and consulting support for technical initiatives.
• Assist with the development and delivery of training materials for end users.
• Support user adoption efforts surrounding an Epic system upgrade.
• Focus on training for key Epic modules, primarily Cadence.

Requirements

• Strong background in Epic training.
• Experience supporting Epic upgrades and go-live activities.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Cadence module.
• Instructional design experience.
• Ability to create and deliver effective training materials for end users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Principal Trainer experience.
• Experience with Cheers and Ambulatory modules.

Logistics

This role has a hybrid work expectation, with periodic on-site presence required in New Haven, Connecticut. It is not expected to be on campus daily.
