Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst

Hybrid role: mostly remote, with potential travel required between mid-October and year-end for onsite support of Go-Live. Initial duration: 4 months.

About the role

An Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst configures, tests, and maintains the Epic EHR system for hospital billing workflows. They focus on revenue cycle efficiency, troubleshooting charging and claims, managing workqueues (WQs), and ensuring accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
• Build and implement system enhancements within Epic Resolute HB
• Troubleshoot charging, claims, and billing issues
• Manage and monitor workqueues (WQs)
• Provide end-user support and training

Requirements

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) certification required
