Epic Research & Genomics Analyst

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

• Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
• Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
• Work with the implementation team to plan and complete Epic builds, implement end-to-end systems, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Document and resolve break-fix tickets during command center shifts.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and functional/technical team representatives, including escalating issues requiring additional attention.
• Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation, including implementing leading practice workflows and addressing quality deficits.

Qualifications Required

• Current certification in primary Epic assigned application
• 5+ years of experience in Epic Research & Genomics
• 5+ years of experience in Epic build and support
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10% on average based on the work and clients served

Preferred

• Hospital or Clinic operations experience
• Additional Epic Certifications
• ITIL process knowledge

Wage Range

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $143,000
