Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
  • Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
  • Work with the implementation team to plan and complete Epic builds, implement end-to-end systems, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Document and resolve break-fix tickets during command center shifts.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and functional/technical team representatives, including escalating issues as necessary.
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation.
  • Implement leading practice workflows, address quality deficits, and drive operational outcomes.

Qualifications Required

  • Current certification in primary Epic assigned application.
  • 5+ years of experience in Epic Research & Genomics.
  • 5+ years of experience in Epic build and support.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10% on average based on the work and clients served.

Preferred

  • Hospital or Clinic operations experience.
  • Additional Epic Certifications.
  • ITIL process knowledge.
