About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day functionality of the Radiant department, resolving tickets and keeping workflows running as intended.
- Diagnose reported issues by analyzing workflows and data to identify root causes and contributing factors.
- Build, test, and validate changes in Epic Radiant so they meet expectations and avoid regressions.
- Support OpTime and Cardiology interface workqueues for customers as needed.
- Complete upgrade notes and upgrade build, testing changes ahead of go-live.
- Document requirements, build decisions, and test results clearly to support clean handoffs and auditability.
- Deliver assigned work in line with SLAs, quality standards, and performance expectations.
- Proactively identify issues and escalate when risk, complexity, or impact exceeds defined thresholds.
- Partner with customer and internal stakeholders to align on priorities, constraints, and upcoming changes.
- Become the go-to Radiant subject matter expert for the customers you support.
Requirements
- 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work focused on problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation.
- Active Epic Radiant and Epic OpTime certifications, required at time of hire.
- Hands-on Radiant experience, paired with operational and clinical workflow knowledge, ideally gained in a health system or consulting setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate root causes and recommend sound solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and stay self-sufficient in Radiant, owning your work reliably from start to finish.
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences, with proactive escalation when issues arise.
- Strong attention to detail and time management, with a track record of meeting SLAs.
- Rapport-building skills and comfort adapting to change in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Qualifications
- Required: Active Epic Radiant and Epic OpTime certifications, required at time of hire.
- Desired: Additional Epic certifications beyond Radiant and OpTime.
- Nice to have: Experience managing multiple workstreams or tasks in parallel across systems, stakeholders, and delivery workflows.
- Nice to have: Experience working on a distributed or remote team.

Pay
Expected range is $79,000 to $103,000. New hires usually start between $79,000 and $95,000, depending on experience and internal equity.
Schedule
Weekdays during standard business hours; occasional on-call support may be required.
