Epic Radiant / Cardiology Analyst

About the role

This position is available as either a 1099 or W2 contractor. Candidates must pass a pre‑employment drug screening; marijuana use is a non‑negotiable disqualifier regardless of state legality or medical/recreational status. Additionally, the role requires vaccination and background check clearance. The role is 100 % remote, requiring the candidate to be based in the United States and available for early East Coast meeting times.

Requirements

• Epic Radiant certification required.
• Cupid certification is a big plus.
• Prior experience supporting Epic implementations, go‑lives, or modernization/refuel initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote capacity with a distributed project team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, given the highly cross‑functional nature of the work.

Desired Skills

• Epic Cupid certification is a strong plus, particularly valuable for understanding the target end state for Cardiology even without a live Cupid implementation.
• Domain experience in Cardiology or Radiology is as important as certification type; ideally one analyst leans more Cardiology‑focused and the other more Radiology‑focused (preference, not a strict split).
• Experience helping clients through Epic Modernization specifically will be a key differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Provide analyst‑level support for Radiology and/or Cardiology Epic build, including the new procedure catalog consolidation project.
• Design Cardiology build with future Cupid adaptability in mind, even without a confirmed Cupid implementation.
• Partner with the client's IT team, project leadership, and application owners across the many stakeholder teams involved in these highly integrated projects.
• Maintain accurate status reporting and task tracking within the client's project management systems as required.
