EpiC Project Director

For our client, we are seeking a EpiC Project Director to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will provide senior leadership for a major international development project, ensuring that work plans are executed effectively and contractual commitments are met. The Project Director will guide day-to-day project delivery, maintain strong donor communication, and keep activities aligned with compliance requirements. This is a highly visible position that requires coordination across teams, oversight of close-out activities, and steady leadership in a complex, global environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities Execute and oversee project work plans to ensure results are achieved. Provide managerial oversight for all project activities and compliance with donor requirements. Ensure timely submission of contractual deliverables and manage communication with donors. Supervise, mentor, and motivate project team members while supporting professional development. Lead project close-out efforts and transition activities smoothly to other mechanisms. Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Health, Education, or Project Management. 15+ years of project management experience, including 10+ years in strategic leadership roles. 5+ years of experience as a Chief of Party or Project Director for USG-funded health projects. Knowledge of USG regulations and policies related to international development. Proven ability to manage complex projects with a global focus.
