Responsibilities
- Oversee thorough program delivery throughout the Epic payer implementation lifecycle
- Maintain adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints
- Lead teams in driving operational enhancements and optimizing healthcare technology
- Mentor junior staff while promoting strategic planning and execution
- Engage with clients across various levels to facilitate productive communication
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges during project execution
- Uphold the utmost standards of quality and client service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Epic platform implementation
- At least one active Epic certification
- Managing Epic platform implementation lifecycle
- Overseeing release and migration programs
- Driving platform optimization and operational improvement
- Communicating complex concepts to executive stakeholders
- Leading multi-disciplinary project teams
- Mentoring team members on technical subject matter
- Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 environment

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
