Epic Payer Platform Business Consultant, Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee thorough program delivery throughout the Epic payer implementation lifecycle
Maintain adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints
Lead teams in driving operational enhancements and optimizing healthcare technology
Mentor junior staff while promoting strategic planning and execution
Engage with clients across various levels to facilitate productive communication
Identify and address potential risks and challenges during project execution
Uphold the utmost standards of quality and client service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Epic platform implementation
- At least one active Epic certification
- Master's Degree preferred
- Epic Tapestry Administration certification preferred
- Managing Epic platform implementation lifecycle
- Overseeing release and migration programs
- Driving platform optimization and operational improvement
- Communicating complex concepts to executive stakeholders
- Leading multi-disciplinary project teams
- Mentoring team members on technical subject matter
- Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 environment
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

Pay
