Responsibilities

  • Oversee thorough program delivery throughout the Epic payer implementation lifecycle
  • Maintain adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints
  • Lead teams in driving operational enhancements and optimizing healthcare technology
  • Mentor junior staff while promoting strategic planning and execution
  • Engage with clients across various levels to facilitate productive communication
  • Identify and address potential risks and challenges during project execution
  • Uphold the utmost standards of quality and client service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in Epic platform implementation
  • At least one active Epic certification
  • Managing Epic platform implementation lifecycle
  • Overseeing release and migration programs
  • Driving platform optimization and operational improvement
  • Communicating complex concepts to executive stakeholders
  • Leading multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Mentoring team members on technical subject matter
  • Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 environment

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
