Epic HIM Analyst

Contract position: 6 months with potential for full-time conversion. Fully remote.

Project Overview

Our healthcare client is seeking an Epic HIM Coding Analyst with just 2-5 years of experience to join an exciting enterprise initiative supporting a major Epic charging transformation project. The team recently launched a large-scale Epic ED Charging Project, transitioning from their current Lynx platform. This initiative is expected to continue through the end of the year and is a key organizational priority.

What You'll Do

• Support Epic HIM Coding application workflows and optimization efforts
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams on system enhancements and issue resolution
• Participate in build, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support activities
• Assist with the organization's Epic ED Charging implementation and transition from Lynx
• Help ensure coding workflows align with operational and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Epic HIM Hospital Coding Certification
• 2-5 years of Epic HIM Coding Analyst experience
• Experience supporting Epic HIM workflows in a healthcare environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. This is a fully remote position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
