Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the Epic Cupid Community Connect implementation, including planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and project communications.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, Community Connect host, Epic application teams, and clinical stakeholders.
- Cook up workflow design, application build, testing, training, and operational readiness activities.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure implementation activities align with Community Connect standards, organizational objectives, and Epic best practices.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and project resources to achieve implementation milestones.
- Lead go-live planning, command center support, issue resolution, and post-implementation optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare IT project management experience with Epic Radiant and/or Cupid.
- Previous experience with Community Connect implementations.
- Epic Cupid certification or proficiency preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare clinical workflows, radiology and cardiovascular services, and Epic implementation methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

PAY RANGE
Pay range for this position is $75-90hr (negotiable).
