Cupid Epic Application Analyst
Job Summary
Functions under the direction of the Application Manager. The Cupid Epic Application Analyst provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems. Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Takes care of responsibilities and work efforts without being asked to do so.

- Prioritizes and takes ownership of tasks, overcomes obstacles by researching and asking peers questions.
- Maintains adherence to Xtensys’ defined processes such as, oncall, incident management, change management testing procedures, and timekeeping.
- Adapts to change in the performance of duties.
- Works well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals.
- Works independently with close attention to detail, and offers some guidance to other team members.
- Analyzes and troubleshoots problems and offers solutions.
- Communicates decisions to others, and evaluates the results of the decision.
- Supports, communicates, and incorporates Xtensys Vision and Mission through daily actions and decisions, generates enthusiasm, incorporates vision when planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.
- Must have experience with Cupid implementations (13 required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals.
- Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of application support.
- Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least 1 application module.
- Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Epic Cupid certification is required.

Physical Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
