Epic Continuous Educator, Onsite in Broward County
About the role
Plans, develops, and delivers skills, knowledge and technology-related training programs for NCH which are designed to expand the knowledge and skills of participants and to enhance overall employee competency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers training programs for NCH employees.
- Designs and implements curricula, course content, and training tools.
- Provides effective direct technical assistance to users in the operation and use of computer applications.
- Assesses organizational and individual learning needs and devises effective training solutions.
- Reads, interprets, and applies technical manuals and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Nursing, Health Care or a related field required.
- Three years of training/work experience, preferably including training implementation.
- Experience in a health-care related environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of adult learning, continuing education, and educational effectiveness.
- Ability to develop and customize curricula, course content, and training tools.
- Ability to express ideas and convey technical information effectively in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to incorporate adult learning principles into lesson plans and user guides.
- Knowledge of computer training programs and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to assess organizational and individual learning needs and devise effective training solutions.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical manuals and documentation.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
