Epic Clarity/Caboodle Administrator

For our client, we are seeking a Epic Clarity/Caboodle Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support critical reporting and data platform operations within a healthcare environment, with a focus on keeping production and nonproduction systems stable, secure, and well-tuned. The administrator will work closely with database teams and reporting developers to maintain reliable data delivery and to support upgrades, testing, and ongoing operational readiness. Strong SQL and ETL expertise will be essential for troubleshooting issues, validating extracts, and ensuring the integrity of downstream reporting data. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,149 – $193,856 annually Responsibilities Maintain production and nonproduction Clarity and Caboodle environments, including configuration and upgrades Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot Clarity extracts and Caboodle ETL processes Monitor database growth and workload performance, coordinating tuning with database teams Maintain database access controls and validate backups and restores Assess operational impact of system updates and coordinate testing with reporting developers Maintain ETL runbooks and automate routine checks for data-delivery reliability Qualifications Minimum three years of hands-on Clarity/Caboodle administration experience in a hospital setting Current certification in Clarity Administration and Caboodle Administration Experience managing Clarity extracts and Caboodle ETL workflows, including troubleshooting and validation Strong SQL skills with practical experience in Microsoft SQL Server environments Familiarity with Clarity Console, Caboodle administration tools, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness programs Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Incentive compensation opportunities, including annual bonuses Flexible work arrangements, including remote options Professional development and training opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
