Remote Supporting EST 6 Month Contract No 3rd Party or C2C Please We are seeking an exceptional Epic Certified Resolute PB/HB Contract Management Analyst to lead a critical stabilization and optimization effort for a large health system's Epic revenue cycle environment. This is not a maintenance role—we need a true expert who can quickly assess a complex contract management environment, identify root causes of payment inaccuracies, and implement sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate has deep Epic Resolute PB/HB Contract Management expertise, understands the downstream financial impact of contract configuration, and has successfully supported large, multi-hospital health systems. This individual will play a key role in correcting significant reimbursement issues, standardizing contract builds across the enterprise, and improving the accuracy of revenue recognition. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, build, test, and optimize Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) Contract Management functionality. Resolve a high-priority backlog of contract build requests, maintenance items, and payment issues. Perform a comprehensive assessment of the existing Contract Management build, identifying inconsistencies, duplicate logic, and opportunities for standardization across multiple facilities. Standardize contract configuration to improve enterprise reporting, reimbursement accuracy, and long-term maintainability. Configure and maintain government and commercial payer contracts, including complex reimbursement methodologies. Support Homecare and Hospice contract builds, ensuring compliance with unique reimbursement models and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot payment variances by partnering with Revenue Integrity, Patient Financial Services, Managed Care, and operational stakeholders. Validate contract calculations through testing and payment reconciliation. Develop build standards, documentation, and governance recommendations to improve ongoing contract management processes. Provide strategic recommendations to improve reimbursement accuracy and optimize Epic Contract Management functionality. Required Qualifications Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) & Professional Billing (PB) Certifications Extensive experience with Epic Resolute Contract Management. Proven experience building and maintaining complex government and commercial payer contracts. Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies, fee schedules, DRGs, APCs, case rates, per diems, percent-of-charge contracts, and carve-outs. Experience supporting multi-hospital or integrated delivery networks. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex reimbursement discrepancies and payment calculations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working directly with Revenue Cycle leadership, Managed Care, Finance, and operational stakeholders. Highly Preferred Experience with Homecare and Hospice billing. Revenue Integrity or Managed Care background. Experience leading enterprise contract standardization initiatives.
